Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a rescheduling fee may apply.

We are committed to delivering high-quality service and taking great care of each space. However, we are not responsible for:

Damages or issues not directly related to our cleaning services.

Problems resulting from a client’s failure to provide accurate information about special conditions (e.g., delicate surfaces or areas requiring specific products).
